ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

 

CMB Recruitment Belfast has a client who designs and manufactures bespoke products with a strong Electrical Design element  for global companies. Currently expanding they wish to appoint an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join their existing team and report  to the Head of Design Engineering. This represents an excellent opportunity for a talented Electrical Design Engineer to join a fast moving and exciting environment and help influence the electrical development of the product range.

 

THE CANDIDATE

  • Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • A minimum of 1-2 years Electrical Design experience. Whilst not essential, experience in designing wiring harnesses would be advantageous

  • Experience using design software such as Catia V5, Solid Works or Pro-E

  • Ability to use technical knowledge to solve design problems

  • Strong oral and written skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet customer deadlines

 

SALARY

A highly competitive package is available for the successful candidate, dependent upon relevant experience.
