Domestic Care/MD Healthcare Ltd is a progressive care company working across most of Northern Ireland. Founded in 1993, we have a broad base in the community care sector providing Community Meals (Domestic Care Ltd), Care At Home (Domestic Care Services) and Nursing Home - Aughnacloy House, Lurgan (MD Healthcare). We provide services to older people, physically disabled and those with mental health problems, learning disabilities and brain injury.

We recognise that our service is only as good as our team. First and foremost from our staff we expect honesty, integrity, reliability and compassion. Staff are vetted and written references are taken when they commence employment. Managers and staff are registered with their relevant statutory bodies.

Our Care staff receive substantial induction and ongoing training. We have a comprehensive in-house training programme and many also hold National Vocational Qualifications.
