This position will involve working through individual contracts, from specification through to production of designs and drawings to final manufacture, ensuring a high level of quality and workmanship. As part of a busy team of engineers in a high pressure environment, you should be capable of working as part of our team or individually, using your own initiative.
Applicants must have at least three years experience in engineering design, preferably gained in a trailer manufacturing environment. You must also possess a HND/equivalent in Mechanical Engineering/Design, and be fully conversant with CAD and an electronic office environment. Experience of 3D modelling ideally, with experience in a PDM package. Use of Inventor in particular will be an advantage.
The remuneration for this position is negotiable, and will reflect the calibre and experience of the successful applicant.
