The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales and Aftersales teams to complement their customer, offering and introduce their expert knowledge.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales and Aftersales teams to complement their customer, offering and introduce their expert knowledge.

Remuneration and Benefits....

  • Salary: £20,000 per annum
  • 22 days annual leave and 8 Statutory days entitlement

About You....(Please demonstrate how you meet the criteria below)

Essential:

  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer service sales role
  • A strong working knowledge of computerised systems such as customer databases
  • Ability to work as part of a small team and a genuine desire to pursue a career within a vehicle franchise
  • Demonstrate a professional and confident approach in dealing with both customer and staff
  • A flexible approach to working hours is required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable:

  • Experience of working in a similar role in the motor trade industry
  • Experience of ADP
