Our client, is currently seeking a senior (6 years PQE +) and two mid level lawyers (4-5 years PQE +) to support the maintenance and growth of its corporate finance team. 

Role and Responsibilities

• 4+ years PQE (junior roles); 6+ years PQE (senior role)
• Strong legal skills. A background in corporate finance required, with specialist experience in Corporate, Capital Markets, Banking or Regulatory an advantage
• Experience in drafting and negotiating legal opinions required; experience in conducting and/or participating in cross border surveys preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Pro-active and able to work on own initiative under pressure
• Excellent academics are essential
• Experience of working in a team environment is essential as well as also being able to work independently
• Great attention to detail a must and ability to analyse and summarise key legal issues
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
• Some management experience (for the senior role)
