This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an exciting team.  My client is looking for a commercial solicitor NQ-2+ years PQE.

You will have specialised in the field of commercial contracts.

You will have gained experience not only in reviewing commercial contracts, but also in drafting (including free drafting) and negotiating them and will ideally have worked on procurement contracts relating to IT hardware, software, equipment and services or facilities. Additional experience of more general commercial contracts (licensing, marketing, agency, distribution and similar) will be invaluable. 

You will be confident in your ability to own your own matters, managing your workload to important deadlines, rise to challenges and be part of a supportive environment.

Excellent credentials and strong client skills are key to this role.
