This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an exciting team.  My client is looking for a commercial solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE.

As the successful candidate you will have you will have extensive specialist knowledge of commercial contracts, you will be confident drafting, reviewing and negotiating all manner of complex contracts to include procurement contracts relating to services and IT (including professional services, software, facilities etc), licensing, marketing, agency and distribution agreements.  

You will also take an active role in monitoring and assessing the work of more junior members of the team, as well as assisting training team members, and identifying training needs as and when required.

Excellent credentials and strong client skills are key to this role.
