• Was accredited with the Quality Standard ISO 9002 on 12th February 1996
• Was successfully upgraded to the new standard ISO 9001:2000 in 2003
• Was accredited with the Centre for Housing and Support Code of Practice in December 2010

• Is managed by a Voluntary Board of Management
