We are currently recruiting for  talented, efficient and motivated chef de partie’s who will be part of our Clients already successful team in one of Belfast’s most exciting local eatery’s serving outstanding local food with great service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and active participation in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
2. Delegation of duties to chefs working in your section of the kitchen
3. Ensuring that safety standards are being met
4. Handling of any issues that may potentially arise in your section

Skill Requirements:
1. Vast knowledge of the culinary industry and food preparation
2. Strong organizational skills
3. Professional experience in the kitchen, preferably within a fine dining restaurant
4. Ability to delegate tasks and be able to work in a fast paced environment

Salary is £14000 - £16000
