You will be responsible for handling a caseload of banking and mortgage litigation cases including defended and sensitive reputational cases, breach of contract/mandate, fraud, fixed charge receiver advice and financial disputes.
The Financial Services team provides anti-money laundering (AML), wider anti-financial crime and regulatory Compliance advice to financial institutions.
Team Leaders will take responsibility for overseeing teams, quality reviewing AML checks, maintain and provide management information and assist with training.
Reporting to senior management and ensuring effective communication between senior management and Associates.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AML legislation and industry guidelines.
Proven experience in the financial services industry and / or specific experience operating in a regulatory and compliance role.
Undertaking document review by following a defined set of principles and processes, seeking to identify potentially relevant information which is crucial to the litigation or investigation.
