Within Northern Ireland we have 28 stores in every major town or city; we employ over 1000 people making Argos one of the provinces largest employers.

From front of store concepts, like our quick-pay kiosks, to technological innovations, such as our 'click & collect' and 'text & take home' facilities that allow customers to easily reserve goods online or by mobile, we've never been ones to rest on our laurels.

As a Store Manager you'll embrace this technology and your main focus will be to bring it together with our people in perfect harmony. Combine this with the everyday retail and sales challenges you'll face and we're pretty confident that you'll never find boredom an option.

For one thing, we've 3 peak trading periods to keep you on your toes. That's, one Christmas and two catalogue launches. With the Argos catalogue being such an institution, the increase in business you'll see when it hits the shelves is so significant, that it's almost like having another Christmas rush. Add to this the number of additional offers, sales and promotions we run throughout the year and you'll understand why we don't really 'do' slow days.
