We are responsible for providing a world class support service to our Investment Bank business users and external customer base. We liaise closely with colleagues in software development and infrastructure groups to ensure the best possible user experience for our diverse client base.
We provide strategic input across the full life-cycle of: Change Management; Incident Management; User Support and Eco System Health.
That means maximum system availability from expert support staff who understand the business and the toolsets used. We identify problems before the business impact and provide 100% uptime to our clients. We play a key role in the exciting technological developments Citi are introducing to our business such as CitiVelocity and Simpliciti.
We are looking for exceptional individuals who are strong problem solvers and communicators to join our Production Services teams across our Capital Markets, Global Transaction Services and Financial Transaction Services businesses. Essential Criteria:
- Experience of application/platform monitoring and knowledge management tools
- Demonstrable technical ability on a specific platform, architecture or operating system - demonstrating ability to track down issues, to manage change and data flow (of particular interest are a proven ability in SQL and UNIX)
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues to business users in a way they will understand
- Ability to demonstrate an aptitude to work in a fast paced, challenging and diverse support environment to exceed our customer's needs
- Ability to demonstrate an aptitude to learn the fundamentals of the supported business area
